Well now for today's project, this card I made the other day during one of my very few times I get to craft.
Ok so when I first saw this collection kit from Crate Paper called Brook, I KNEW I had to have it. If ya'll have been around a little bit you would see that most of my cards on a Kraft card base. I LOVE Kraft and so thought the papers from this collection would go PERFECT with Kraft. Boy was I right. These papers are fabulous, the colors are amazing, I just love it. The flower in the middle is actually 3 separate die cuts from that collection that I layered to make one big flower and added a brad which is from Basic Grey. I did a little sewing stitch around the edge and used on of the sentiments from my stamp set. Now I know I did a little release with that a couple weeks ago but I still haven't formally named the set and I will have that all done and complete in the next week or so and will have it stocked around the first of October. The sentiment is a little light because I used Chestnut Roan Colorbox Chalk Ink and I guess I didn't push hard enough, I HATE when that happens. LOL!
Anywho, hope you like the card and don't forget to check out yesterdays post. :-) Oh, I can't believe I forgot to mention that the Brook Collection Kit from Crate Paper is available at Artfuldelight.com and there is a fabulously cheap price attached to it, check it out!!
Happy Crafting!!
