Have a sweet birthday

Good morning my friends! I hope y'all are having a wonderful weekend so far. Mine is the same as usually, pretty low key, watching my kids play, laundry, dishes, homework....mostly all the things I do everyday of the week. LOL!

Today I have a super cute card I made last night, another one of my moments I had to craft.

I was going to take a short video of the card because the candy machine wobbles and obviously you can't see that in the picture. Unfortunately I am video challenged and the video quality on my phone stinks and I would have to charge the battery for the video camera and tape it, edit it and upload it and for a 30 second video, that seems like a lot of work. LOL!

Anywho, I used papers from Echo Park's A Walk in the Park collection for this card. The candy machine image is from mygrafico, what I love about this store is that not only do they have digital stamps but they also have SVG files to use with my SCAL/Cricut. LOVE it! Ok, so I printed several of the candy machine images on several sheets of pattern paper, then I began to cut and paper piece it all together. It was a lot of work but it was a TON of fun. I used some Glossy Accents to make it look like a glass container (where the candy goes). The sentiment is from Skipping Stones Design, I have had this stamp set forever and I never used it. Thought it was a perfect card for it. Buns-N-Crunches is the name of the stamp set. Super CUTE!

I did a little sewing action on the outside of the card. So my kids must have played with the dials on my sewing machine because the stitch I made on the outside of the card is certainly not the one I wanted but it turned out ok. This is the first time I decorated the inside of the card, I did that because the sentiment I used was kind of a two-parter. LOL!

Now for the super COOL part of the card, the image is popped off the card using an Action Wobble. Have you guys seen these things.
Such a cool product. I bought a package of 25 for $9.95, they just started selling them in smaller quantities. I am going to have to use these more often on my cards, they are awesome.

Anyways, I am going to enter this card in two challenges. The Paper Variety, you were to sew on your project, whether you hand stitch or use a sewing machine and then also to the Sketches in Thyme

Alright well that's it for today. Have you seen the March kit reveal? People are already reserving their kits so be sure to check it out before they're gone. There is an option in my sidebar to reserve your March kit, or if you subscribe to a 3 or 6 month subscription by clicking here you can also reserve a kit.

Happy Crafting!!
