Good Morning my friends!!! I am so happy this week is almost over. I don't have to work much this weekend so I am excited to get some things done around the house since my daughter will be home.

Alright, well that's it for today. It should be a nice day here in Virginia so I am hoping to get my kids outside to play. :-)

Capture the Joy

Good Morning!! I had been really stressed the last couple days because I just never seem to have a quiet moment anymore to do homework. I don't know how Tony can just tune out the kids and do his work, because when I do mine, I find myself stopping every 5 seconds to talk to my kids, yell at them, get something for them, or whatever and it really was a HUGE headache to get any homework done. SO, my new strategy: wake up super early and do my homework. See the problem is at night after the kids have gone to bed, my head has also gone to bed. If I try to do homework at night, say past 9pm, I just read in circles because I am just SO TIRED!!

So I decided to get up anywhere from 3am to 4pm depending on how much stuff I want/need to accomplish. And today is my second day doing it. Yesterday I woke and got started on homework by 3:30am and by the time my kids woke at 6:30am I had finished my Accounting test and started and finished a paper I had to write. PLUS I was awake when the kids got up so I could tend to their needs without being cranky because they woke me up yelling they needed things. So today I didn't get up until closer to 4am because I knew I didn't need to accomplish as many things but I completed my other test, did a load of dishes and a load of laundry and now it is not even 5am and I am free to blog or whatever I want and I still have about an hour and a half before my kids wake. :-)

Anywho, I have a super duper cute LO to share with you that our Delightful Designer, Kelly created using our March monthly kit. As of now there is only ONE scrapbook kit left and our card kit is SOLD OUT.

Good Morning and Happy Monday!! I am so happy the weekend is over. I know, I know most of you dread Mondays but I work only on weekends so technically I get like 4-5 day weekend. LOL!! Although I have classes and such I would rather be doing that that what I do on the weekends. Oh well enough about that......

Spotlight Saturday

Good Morning and Happy Saturday. Oh yeah it's Saturday and that means it's Spotlight Saturday. It is also a new month which means a new guest designer.

This month's guest designer is Diana from Design by Diana. She was our sketch challenge winner using our February sketch.

Here is a little bit about Diana:

Hello! I'm Diana Fisher. Thanks to my mother's influence, I have been crafting and scrapbooking since I was a teenager, and now I can't imagine my life without
it.

I've become most recognized for my sketches and the Sketchy Thursdays challenge blog that recently shut its bloggy doors. I'm lucky enough to have been published in Creating Keepsakes, Paper Crafts Magazine and CARDS Magazine, as well as many online publishing and DT opportunities in the past 3 years. (Sure ya' ran into me somewhere, eh?!) And I'm so excited to be the March GDT for Artful Delight!

Wow, it's almost noon here on the east coast....I am just a little late getting this posted. But I am excited to be sharing with you our first project using the March kit. Our Delightful Designer, June, created this lovely card using our March card kit. :-)

Happy 1st of March!!!

WOW, February went by fast. I cannot believe I am over half way done with this school semester. I have been submitting my resume like crazy. I have had some interviews but I am REALLY really bummed I probably won't be able to take my kids to a daycare center. It really bothers me. My children need structure and safety (not to say they wouldn't at an at home daycare) and mainly they need to be separated. LOL!! In a daycare center they would be in different classrooms or sections. In a home daycare they would all still be playing together. Most places around here want close to $500 a week for all 3 kids. I might as well not go to work. :-( I just feel bummed right now. I know it will get a little better when Lil Tony is in school in the Fall but I wanted/needed to work now.

Ok, well enough of this depressing stuff. It's the 1st. That means kits are officially on sale at Artful Delight. It also means it is the new sketch challenge reveal. You know what's also cool about today, I have some new Paper Smooches stamps on sale at Artful Delight. They will be available later today. Right now I just have some of the background stamps but I will be getting more of the new ones. :-)

So let's get to the kits. Now these things have been "flying off the shelves." Seriously I am so excited about how much interest Artful Delight kits have been getting. All of it is truly amazing.
