Happy 2013!!!

Happy New Year my friends!!

So I fell asleep at about 10pm last night and Tony woke me up at 11:59pm.  Been a long time since I watched the ball drop and I remember being able to see it real time.  At 10pm I was expecting to see the ball drop so I could go to bed.  Well that wasn't the case.  I was just happy that Tony was home was spend the evening with me.

Oh, also I will be posting our DT call in a couple days, be on the lookout.

Happy July 1st.

Happy Sunday my friends. WOW, July 1st, can you believe it? T-minus 30 days. It's crunch time, folks. LOL!! I need a job, I need a house, I need to get my house in order, I need to finish my classes, AND I need to go to work. I better get movin', huh. LOL!!

So I totally meant to ship all the kits out yesterday since we have the holiday this week but we had a horrible storm Friday night. It knocked out our power Friday from about 9pm until Saturday morning until about 6am. Then about 9am the internet went out so I couldn't print the shipping labels. So kits will all go in the mail tomorrow. :-)

Today the kits officially go on sale. I had to put some more scrapbook kits together so there are still some of those and card kits.

 Let's share the kits again.

A layout and a challenge

Good Morning my bloggy friends! I am really excited to share with you today the first LO using Artfuldelight's September Monthly Kit. I would like to say Thank You for all the kind comments about the changes I have been making, the monthly kit, the new stamp set and my DT call.

I am having a blast and really do appreciate everyone! So without further delay here is the layout my "one man" DT member Jamie created. I was so excited when she sent me the picture of the LO. It is super fabulous. Ok, ok here is it.....

I think she did a fabulous job using many of the items in the kit. The pattern paper in the collection is superb. The texture and quality of the paper, I just can't get over how wonderful it is. This September Monthly Kit is packed with goodness. Supplies are limited so make sure you hop over and purchase your kit before they sell out. We have a "no obligation" pricing option too so if you just want to purchase the current month you can. You can also check out Jamie's work in her gallery at Scrapbook.com....click here.

Artfuldelight Challenge #1

Ok so this week we are starting our weekly challenges. Since we kicked the week off with a LO we will have a LO challenge. The challenge is to create a LO showcasing something your child, grandchild or family member has done either at school or in a sport that has made you proud. The challenge will end September 13. The winner will be chosen at random and will receive a 6x6 paper pad from Crate Paper's School Spirit Collection, a package of American Craft Thickers (the ones in this month's kit) and a sheet of border AND phrase stickers from the same collection. Just upload your picture below to enter.

Happy Crafting!!

She had sent me a message one day about products she was looking for and since that day we have been friends. Too bad we live far away and may never meet but she is such a nice person and has been a HUGE help getting my monthly kits together. She will also be my "one man show" DT until I can get that all up and running. She doesn't have a blog but she has a gallery at Scrapbook.com, click here to check out her work!
