Love Notes

Happy Friday everyone! Aimee here with one more layout created with the January kit! My sweet baby girl is all the time writing me little notes telling me how much she loves me. I NEVER get tired of receiving her little love notes to me!! So I thought this was something that needed to be documented and the January kit has the perfect papers/embellishments to do just that!

I took one of the Pebbles envelopes and tucked a few of her little love notes in it.

Love the title diecut :) I certainly love to love on my baby girl (here at 3 weeks old). My husband went back to work that day and I sent him this "selfie".

This envelope holds a private message to her.

I think my favorite thing about this layout (besides the pic hehe) is the You + Me flair :)

Good morning! Suzanne here sharing a layout of my adorable daughter with 2 of her beautiful cousins. I love these girls! They are as sweet as they are cute!

The quote says "Cousins are the first friends we have as children. No one understands our crazy family like cousins do." True no?

Everything on my layout is from the January kit except for those wood alphas (only because I used up all the "s's" from the included alpha on my "Sass" layout.. lol!).

Happy Love Day layout

TGIF!! It's Aimee here again with some Friday inspiration! I'm still creating layouts and loving the January kit! Today I have another Valentine's layout and this time it's a boy layout. I chose to go with some of the more masculine colors from the kit to document my son's Valentine's Day from last year. I used black and white pictures that fit perfectly with the colors and patterns of the kit.

Hoo Loves You

 

Sandi Pressley here on the blog today.  I am still immensely enjoying working with the January kit.  I live in Florida and my grandchildren live in the Midwest (Chicago area) with my sons and their families. I love putting tegether packages of goodies for them for their birthdays and holidays if I don't get a chance to be there with them.  Valentine's Day is just so much FUN to craft for.  Who doesn't love hearts and pink owls????  LOL!  These owls were a ton of fun to make and I even broke out my nearly vintage decorative edge scissors!  The scraps of paper show the large variety of different patterend papers there are in an Arful Delight card kit.  Leanne really packs these kits full of pretty papers and fun embellishments.  (like those sparkly hearts that I used for the owls' eyes)  Link up a project with either a card sketch or layout sketch (or both for two chances to win!) and you could be the lucky winner of a kit of your own.  Or better yet sign up for a subscription HERE so you don't miss any of the upcoming goodies.

I had this old recipe box in my "to alter" box I keep in my crafty area (yes, I have a "to alter" area in my crafty area ... I am big on upcycling! LOL!) and I decided to use it for my daughter's Valentine's box for her school party :)

Good morning! Suzanne here to share another layout using the January Scrapbook Kit. I am in loveee with the patterned papers included in this month's kit. So, I cut a few of them into various shapes and sizes of hearts to label 3 of the sets of people that came to visit my baby girl when we brought her home. I embellished the 3 photos with those fun photo corners and tickets that came in the die cut pack. There is SO much in this kit to create so many cute projects. Check it out here.

My love for you grows!

 Hi everyone! Julie with you here to share 2 layouts I made with the amazing January kit! This month's kit ROCKS! I made a total of 7 layouts and 1 altered project this month!! :)

This first layout I am sharing today is based on this month's sketch :) 

And here is my take on it!

 (everything is from the January kit expert for the sparkly heart - I had that in my crafty stash) 

And here is my second layout - 

 This one I had lots of fun making! I punched hearts along the white background paper I used on here - then I punched more hearts out from scraps I had used on other layouts and placed them on top of the punched heart border I had created -- I used 3D foam dots to add some depth.  :)
