Hello Friend

Hello my friends! I have a super quick post for you today. It is T minus 8 1/2 hours before I need to submit my final test with Business Law and other than reading the questions and noting which page I might find the answer on, I haven't done a thing. Twelve essay style questions. But then I am DONE!!!! :-)

Today's fabulous card was created by our Delightful Designer, June! She used the December card kit to create this awesome card!

Oh and I know it is a little early as it seems like this DT term just started but be on the lookout beginning of next year for the next term DT call. I usually leave it open for a month or so, then to give me time to pick the team, that's why I start so early. This is a learning experience for me and I have learned a lot over the year. I am excited to think that Artful Delight will continue to grow. Thanks to the continued support of my current DT and my past DT as well as all of you who join me each week to be inspired by my amazingly talented design team !! My readers, customers, and kit subscribers are who keep me going. I am always excited for the next month to come so I can offer another amazing kit. I was never in this to make a business out of it, I started this so not only could I craft without breaking the bank, but so I can spread that amazing deal to anyone who would be interested. That is why the kits can be so jam packed with goodies for such an amazing price.

Well thankfully I don't have quite such a busy day today, just heading out to take the kids to school. It's Tuesday so Lil Tony has his speech therapy. Then it's home to finish one of my tests. I think it was the harder of the two (tests) but we will see, I haven't even really looked at the other one. I will be starting on the second one later today too.

Always Remember I Love You

Happy Monday!! Wow, what a whirlwind of a weekend. I worked 10 hours on Saturday and we were slammed (super busy) all day!! Then I worked a 7.5 hour shift yesterday, I didn't take a break ALL day. I think they forgot about giving me even a pee break. LOL!! There was a line for about 4 hours that extended to the back of the store. Yikes!!! Now I have 2 tests to complete in 2 days......I am about to head out to Panera so I can have some time to do it. Then tonight we are going to visit Santa and go out to dinner to celebrate my son's birthday (that was last week). I feel very absent from the craft world these days. I am hoping to get some time to visit everyone's blogs and craft over the next couple weeks.

Can you believe that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away??

Usually Abby creates projects using the scrapbook kit but this month we sent her the card kit and just like the scrapbook kit she has totally rocked the card kit!! I LOVE that Paper Smooches stamp set that is included in the kit. :-)

Spotlight Saturday

Happy Saturday!! Another Saturday means another Spotlight Saturday and this month we are featuring projects from the uber talented Karen Baker from The Bald Dragonfly. She has joined us this month to play along with the December card kit.





EEEeeek, I just love it all!!! Those barrettes are SOOOO cute, she used the Basic Grey metal flower embellishments that are included in the kit to make those. LOVE it!!

This next card was created using the Authentique pattern papers and icons from the kit. (swoon!! every time I see that wood grain embossing I am determined to get that embossing folder, unfortunately none of my LSS have it)

TGIF!!! For most, a Friday is a happy day, it is the beginning of their weekend. For me it is the start of my work week(end). I have to work tonight, I have to work ALL day tomorrow and more than likely will have to work on Sunday. I still have to complete 2 take home tests by next Wednesday. So the next week will be busy. I am also working on a little Christmas present for my Grandma. I will show it on here when I finish.

You're So Beautiful

Hello my friends. Today is my last day of classes and I just have 3 tests to complete by next Wednesday, then I am free for 4 weeks. :-) Go me!! LOL!

Today I have a gorgeous LO to share with you that Debbie created using the December monthly kit.

Love all the elements she used on this LO. She used some of the handmade embellishments and some of the Amy Tangerine embellishments as well as did some fussy cutting with my FAV paper in the kit. It is from Basic Grey's Picadilly collection called, Home Sweet Home. Love the colors and the big flowers on the paper, great for fussy cutting. :-)
