So I finally decided to play around with the September Monthly Kit and boy is it a great kit. LOL! Can I say that? I was a bit bummed at first to think that I would have no one to give a "school" themed card to. My daughter is in middle school and I am not sure she would give her teachers a card like that. You know how teenagers are. LOL! But then I remembered that my son is in speech therapy and he has a "teacher" I could give it to. Not sure when or for what, I guess I could wait for teacher appreciation. But either way I will keep this card for her. My lil guy really likes her.
Wait, what I thinking or not thinking I guess, I totally forgot that I made this card to play along with SFYTT over at
i{heart}2stamp. This card was so fun to make, getting to use several of the items from September's kit. The Tim Holz ruler tape is awesome, I used my sewing machine to make sure it was adhered to the paper real good. If you haven't already, you should check out the kit, it is packed with good-ness!
Hope ya'll have a great day!
Happy Crafting!!

Oh, that card is FANTASTIC!!! I thought it was a mini album at first-don't really know why--I guess I thought it was pretty substantial/so much put into it!! Love it!
Great card!! I really like how you used the measuring tape and to top it off you sewed it down! I love Crate Paper! I submitted my school layout using your kit to Crate Paper and they have it featured on their blog today!
Great card! I love all of the layers!!
