So I decided I can't be an Accountant. LOL! I was working on my homework last night for an hour (at least) looking for a $200 difference in over a million dollars worth of transactions. Most of our homework is done by hand meaning we write the "transactions" on paper but each semester our Prof has us work out some computer problems. This one was a comprehensive problem going over 12 chapters of stuff we have learned. There was at least 30 transactions totaling like $1.2 million and I was off by $200. AHHHHHHHhhhhh!! I went through each transaction, added and re-added. Made sure everything was posted in the right account and so on until the light bulb went on. LOL! The very last entry was recording some interest accrued, I calculated the interest for only 2 months and not 3 (which I was supposed to). I can't count, LOL!!! October to December is 3 months not 2. Ok so that may have been pretty confusing to all of you (unless you are an Accountant) so I apologize but I had to get it off my chest. LOL!
OK, on to the fun stuff. I have a LO from Debbie and a card from Courtney to share with you and I also have a LO that I created for a sketch challenge at Sketches in Thyme.
First I have card to share with you that Courtney created using March's monthly kit (we have 3 left, wahooo!).
I LOVE the clean and simple look to this card. Gives its full focus on those cute butterflies. :-)
Next I have a LO that Debbie created
I am so totally inspired by Debbie's work. This LO is absolutely fabulous!!!
Next I have a LO to share with you that I created using Basic Grey's Olivia collection. I love all the pink in that collection, perfect for a LO of my oldest daughter (when she was a wee little girl, sniffles).
(so I know I spelled "cheese" wrong but I seemed to have run out of the letter "e", oh well spelling it "cheez" gives it some character, right?)
About 13 yrs ago I made a scrapbook for my daughter and it was to document her 1st year. This poor scrapbook has been through so much, probably 10 different moves(we used to move A LOT), in and out of one box or another and opened and closed more times than it could handle. But the most disturbing was my amateur scrapbooking style. Oh my goodness each page looked like a sticker factory blew up on it. I just glued down like 5 pictures that I cut with my scallop scissors and then filled in the spaces with stickers. YIKES!
So I was extremely happy when my daughter agreed to let me "re-do" her scrapbook. The difference in the products that are available to us now and what was out there 13 yrs ago, sheesh scrapbooking has come a long way over the years.
Ok, anywho, this LO I got a little sewing machine happy and made a lot of stitches. The LO is based off this sketch.
Well I hope we were able to inspire you today. Don't forget about the sketch challenge we have going on this month. Get the details and upload your project HERE for your chance to win April's monthly kit. :-)
And please be sure to give some comment love over at Debbie's and Courtney's blogs.
Happy Crafting!!

Your layout is just the sweetest!! Love the Basic Grey Olivia paper!! And I have to agree with you on "cheese" vs. "cheez" definitely adds character, and if you hadn't said anything about it we would have thought that's how you wanted to say it!!! Thanks for playing along with us over at Sketches In Thyme!! Hugs!!!
