Happy Monday my friends!! How was your weekend? Mine was extremely hot!! LOL!! It is cooler this morning and I think that this was the first time my a/c turned off all weekend. Not looking forward to that electric bill. LOL!! We live in an old drafty house so it takes a lot to cool our house, I won't miss that when we move.

 Well today I have a super cute LO to share with you that our Delightful Designer, Marcia created using our July scrapbook kit.

TGIF my friends!!! Any great plans this weekend? Well other than work I plan on staying inside. We are due to get triple digit temps of hot and humid weather.

You Are My Sunshine

Good Morning!! Happy Independence Day!!! Do you have anything special planned? We thought about going to see the fireworks last night but around 7:30pm it decided to storm, really bad. I was just about to leave work and it just came down. The wind was so strong it flipped over a table at Bed Bath and Beyond (a store right next to mine) and it mangled the umbrella that was in the table. It blew clear across the parking lot and just ripped it to shreds. It did stop raining before the fireworks started but the ground was soaked and I didn't think it would be much fun.

 It is official, we do have a house. We signed the lease agreement last night. We wanted to buy when we got out to Arizona but realized we should take a bit and decide exactly where we wanted to settle down. Since we have never been to Arizona or Maricopa (the town we will live in) we didn't want to make a buying decision without seeing it in person. The house isn't as big as the other one I shared with you a week ago but at least it doesn't smell like cat pee. LOL!!  AND it's way cheaper than the other house. :-)

 So the kitchen is not as big as I would have liked and we have to buy a fridge but I love the granite counters and that it has an island.  We do a lot of cooking and we need counter space.

The picture directly above is the loft and I am super excited about that.  A place to set up play area for my kids; TV, games, etc....

I am just happy to finally have a home, looking for one has consumed most of my days for the last month or so.  Plus the backyard is pretty big and open with no trees or landscape so my kids and dogs have plenty of room to run and play.  :-)

So today I have some amazing projects to share with you that our Delightful Designer, Erin, created using our July card kit.

Delightful In Every Way

Happy Tuesday!! Do you have any plans for the 4th of July? We might try and go see the fireworks display in town tonight. Tony has been working a lot so he may be super tired, but we will see.

So we had a little snafu finding a home in Arizona but alas we have found one.  We have been approved, the house is perfect and we aren't going to pay an arm and a leg on rent.  The house that I showed pictures of a couple weeks ago ended up smelling like a cat box.  The owner wanted to try and rent it without replacing carpet or getting rid of the smell, yeah good luck with that.  Then the second house we attempted to get the realtor never got back to us and then every other house in between that we attempted to submit an application for was already spoken for by the time we got to it.  It really has been a rough few weeks trying to find somewhere to live.  But we sign the contracts today and he said he will try and mail us the keys.  SO TOTALLY EXCITED!!

I mailed all the kits out yesterday, both international and domestic purchases.  :-)  There are still a few kits left. 

Today's LO was created by Missy using our July scrapbook kit and July layout sketch!!  Isn't it fabulous!!

Well that's all for today, I have to work on some homework, and then work for a couple hours, and hopefully to end the day at the fireworks display.

Amazing!!  Love that butterfly, it is a canvas (MIST)-a-ble from Prima and she used the Mister Huey's mist that is included in the kit.  :-) 

Hope you all have a wonderful week.  I have the day off so I will be heading to the post office to ship out kits, filming a video for my speech class, searching for a job and a home, and then off to class tonight.

Happy Sunday my friends. WOW, July 1st, can you believe it? T-minus 30 days. It's crunch time, folks. LOL!! I need a job, I need a house, I need to get my house in order, I need to finish my classes, AND I need to go to work. I better get movin', huh. LOL!!

So I totally meant to ship all the kits out yesterday since we have the holiday this week but we had a horrible storm Friday night. It knocked out our power Friday from about 9pm until Saturday morning until about 6am. Then about 9am the internet went out so I couldn't print the shipping labels. So kits will all go in the mail tomorrow. :-)

Today the kits officially go on sale. I had to put some more scrapbook kits together so there are still some of those and card kits.

Oh yeah, it's Friday and pretty much the end of the month. TGIF my friends!! We are down to the wire, our last month in Virginia. In the last 18 years I have never lived anywhere long enough to get attached, but I have lived in Virginia for 3 years.....I have made some amazing friends. I love that when I am out and about I always see people I know. I will miss lots of things about Winchester but I am more excited for our new adventure in Arizona. So many great people to finally get to meet in Arizona, so much goodness is waiting for us there.   It's time for our family to settle down.  I am so excited about what's in our future.  :-) 

Only 2 days left in the month and I have one last bit of inspiration using our June kit.  These two lovelies were created by Karen.

Who knew that CAS could be so amazing!!  Karen ROCKS the CAS cards.  She always adds the right "wow" to her cards.  The top card with the POP of grey in the flag and the bottom card with the POP of green/yellow in the ribbon, just brilliant!!!  LOVE these cards!!
