You Are My Sunshine

Good morning my friends. This month has been a bit crazy. I haven't had as many posts for this month as I would have liked to but that's ok, right. :-) Yesterday was bitter sweet and a bit strange. Next week should have been my last week of classes but in most of my classes we were done, done with the book, done with all the work, so most of my professors decided to not come next week. We were given our last test (they are always take home) and asked that they are returned next week. Well last night was my last official day to be with a lot of the ladies in the my class. For the last 2 years or so we have all been in the same classes. We for the most part became friends. We have all been doing the same thing for the last 2 years, 4 days a week we were together at school. So it was a bitter sweet day because we won't see each other again, what we have been doing for 2 years has come to an end. With that said I have unofficially graduated. LOL!! I say unofficial because I still have to take two classes this Summer but they are not Accounting related at all.  I don't want to forget everything I have learned and it may be 6-12 months before I am able to take more classes but I am happy to not have to "text book learn" any Accounting for a while.

I am excited for the week to be over, I am excited for this semester to be mostly over and I am also excited because tomorrow I am volunteering with a friend  at Habitat for Humanity.  Tony and I have always talked about wanting to do it so when my friend said she was going this weekend I totally jumped on it.  I felt bad Tony and I weren't able to volunteer together but now that I know how to sign up to help we  will be doing it again before we move.  I also got my daughter interested in going with me one time.  :-)

So anywho, today I DO have a project to share with you that our Delightful Designer, Kelly, created using our April scrapbook kit

KELLY

I love all the detail on this LO and those adorable photos.  For more details about this LO please visit Kelly's blog.  :-)

Don't forget to play along with this month's sketch challenge.  Link up your project (in the sidebar) by April 23rd for your chance to win our May scrapbook kit.  :-)

Well I  am off to do, probably not a whole lot, for the rest of the day.  I have a busy weekend ahead after having a busy week, I am going to enjoy my one day with nothing to do, well maybe pack and some cleaning but at least  I am at home.  :-)
